SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders via UPS unless otherwise specified — it’s the most reliable option for both you and us.

Items available in-store typically ship within 3-5 business days.

Custom items and those marked as pre-order will ship 2-5 business days after the product has been received at our store—with the exception of specific brands.

All orders from Abyss & Habidecor, Alicia Adams Alpaca, Annie Selke, Chilewich, JUJU Jams, Matouk, Peacock Alley, Scandia Down, SDH, Sferra, and Yves Delorme will be shipped directly to your desired location! These items will ship within 2-3 weeks, as available; however, please note that this is an approximate timeframe, as shipping times can occasionally vary. We will keep you informed on the status of your items via email.
